Justin is a seasoned corporate attorney and business executive with 25+ years of global legal experience, including roles in top law firms, in-house legal teams, and the U.S. Government. He currently serves as Director of International Chief Legal Officer Engagement at the Association of Corporate Counsel in Washington, DC. Through Medello Consulting, Justin advises legal departments on AI adoption, governance strategies for emerging tech, and operational efficiency. His prior roles include in-house counsel for a secure payments firm and regulatory counsel in satellite telecom. From 2005–2010, Justin served as Chief Legal Officer for a sovereign investment firm in Dubai, leading M&A and managing legal risk. He also practiced with the largest law firm in the Middle East and worked at the U.S. FCC on major M&A reviews. Justin began his career in antitrust litigation at Heller Ehrman and has taught law in Lebanon and Moldova as a Fulbright fellow. He holds a J.D. from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Earlham College, and is admitted to the bars of NY, DC, and MA.
